Defective Goods Only

We understand that sometimes products may arrive in less-than-perfect condition. If you receive a defective product, we’re here to assist you. Please note that returns are only accepted for defective goods, not due to a change of mind.

  1. Replacement Products: If your book is defective, we’ll gladly send you a replacement copy. Just let us know, and we’ll arrange for a new book to be shipped to you promptly.
  2. Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit for the value of the defective book. You can use this credit towards any other purchase on our website.
  3. Refunds: If neither a replacement nor store credit suits your needs, we’ll process a refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

How to Arrange a Return

To initiate a return for a defective book, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the return process and confirm whether a return is available and whether the product will need to be shipped back.
  3. Shipping: Pack the defective item securely ship it back to our address. You will normally have to pay your own shipping costs.
  4. Processing: Once we receive the defective item, we’ll promptly process your chosen option (replacement, store credit, or refund).

Important Notes

  • The defective book must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
  • Please ensure the book is in the same condition in which it was received (unless the defect is related to the content or physical quality).
